Well, I'm married. Have no children. Work fultime as a Customer service advisor and trainer.

I'm a quiet person to the majority but to those who know me know that the quiet ones are the dark ones lol! Hense the username.

As I get used to this I'll be adding more on. But I think my journal will speak for itself really!

Now this is a tracker of my diet starting....

Sun 29/04/07 Weight is 15.7 stone
Sun 06/05/07 Weight is 14.12 stone...lost 9 pounds total.
Sun 13/05/07 Weight is 14.7 stone....lost 14 pounds (1 stone) total.

**Had a bit of a bad time and stopped the diet. Started loosing weight again so as of...
Fri 15/06/07 Weight is 15 stone...
...put on 7 pounds but still lost in total (since the start) 7 pounds total.

As of Friday 05/10/07...unintentionally lost weight...Now Exactly 14 stone.
